Pour mieux informer les consommateurs, Darty a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lancer, avec le sp\u00e9cialiste de recueil d\u2019avis Custplace, les premiers avis clients longue dur\u00e9e, recueillis un an apr\u00e8s l\u2019achat d\u2019un produit. Une d\u00e9cision pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e par 96% des consommateurs interrog\u00e9s par Custplace.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fr.custplace.com\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Sans-titre-1024x659.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18362\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant d\u2019acheter un bien d\u2019\u00e9quipement (\u00e9lectrom\u00e9nager, informatique, bricolage\u2026) <strong>90% <\/strong>des Fran\u00e7ais consultent les avis d\u00e9pos\u00e9s par d\u2019autres clients ayant acquis le m\u00eame produit<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs attentes, Darty.com collecte massivement les avis de ses clients<strong>.<\/strong> Mais, ces avis \u00e9tant <strong>collect\u00e9s imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s l\u2019achat<\/strong>, ils ne s\u2019av\u00e8rent pas forc\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s parlants&nbsp;: bon nombre de consommateurs se prononcent uniquement sur les conditions de livraison et de mise en service du produit, et non sur ses performances ou sa r\u00e9parabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme. Au total, jusqu\u2019au printemps dernier, <strong>77%<\/strong> des avis consommateurs pr\u00e9sents sur Darty.com provenaient de personnes ayant achet\u00e9 le produit <strong>depuis une semaine ou moins<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des avis \u00e9mis un an apr\u00e8s l\u2019achat d\u2019un produit, jug\u00e9s plus utiles par 96% des consommateurs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour mieux informer les consommateurs, Darty.com a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s\u2019allier avec Custplace, sp\u00e9cialiste du recueil et de l\u2019analyse d\u2019avis de salari\u00e9s, pour proposer les <strong>premiers avis clients longue dur\u00e9e<\/strong>&nbsp;: ils sont recueillis aupr\u00e8s de personnes ayant achet\u00e9 leur produit <strong>depuis un an<\/strong>. Ils permettent aux consommateurs de savoir si le produit tient<strong> ses promesses sur le long terme, <\/strong>quant \u00e0 ses<strong> performances<\/strong>, mais aussi sa <strong>r\u00e9parabilit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce type d\u2019avis r\u00e9pond aux attentes de la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des consommateurs&nbsp;: <strong>96% <\/strong>d\u2019entre eux affirment ainsi qu\u2019un avis formul\u00e9 un an apr\u00e8s l\u2019achat d\u2019un bien d\u2019\u00e9quipement leur semble <strong>utile<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/strong>, avant tout pour savoir <strong>si le produit tient ses promesses (64%).<\/strong> Et <strong>80%<\/strong> affirment que de tels avis <strong>influenceraient plus leur d\u00e9cision<\/strong> que ceux post\u00e9s imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s achat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lutter contre l\u2019obsolescence programm\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce aux avis longue dur\u00e9e<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En proposant de tels avis, Darty et Custplace s\u2019engagent \u00e9galement dans la <strong>lutte contre l\u2019obsolescence programm\u00e9e<\/strong> des biens d\u2019\u00e9quipement. <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Chaque ann\u00e9e, les Fran\u00e7ais d\u00e9pensent <\/em><strong><em>12 fois plus en rachat de nouveaux produits<\/em><\/strong><em> plut\u00f4t qu\u2019en r\u00e9paration<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><strong>[3]<\/strong><\/a>,<\/em> explique <strong>Beno\u00eet Duval, responsable des avis clients et du contenu chez FnacDarty.<\/strong> <em>Disposer d\u2019avis longue dur\u00e9e permet \u00e0 chacun de choisir des produits durables, r\u00e9parables. C\u2019est aussi le moyen pour nous de <strong>transmettre aux fabricants <\/strong>ces pr\u00e9cieuses remont\u00e9es terrain, leur permettant d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la conception de leurs produits afin d\u2019augmenter la satisfaction des utilisateurs sur le long terme&nbsp;\u00bb. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les avis longue dur\u00e9e permettent \u00e9galement de mettre en avant l\u2019importance d\u2019un bon <strong>entretien<\/strong> des produits au quotidien&nbsp;: aujourd\u2019hui, 50 \u00e0 70% des pannes sont caus\u00e9es par un manque d\u2019entretien<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les consommateurs, pr\u00eats \u00e0 jouer le jeu, postent des avis plus constructifs que ceux \u00e9mis imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s achat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restait une inconnue&nbsp;: les clients accepteraient-ils de s\u2019exprimer sur un produit achet\u00e9 un an plus t\u00f4t&nbsp;? La r\u00e9ponse s\u2019av\u00e8re largement positive&nbsp;: Darty a recueilli <strong>plus de 70&nbsp;000 avis<\/strong> longue dur\u00e9e en interrogeant 3 millions de consommateurs, une proportion \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 celle observ\u00e9e lorsque les clients sont sollicit\u00e9s imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s leur achat.
