No feedback about the returned product

Hello,
I made an order for a Fiat mirror, which I received but unfortunately was not the right side mirror. I send it back via BPost from Belgium and I asked for a replacement with another mirror but for the other side. I received no feedback, no message...

Could you tell me what is the status? have you received the mirror back? Could I get my money back if you can't send me the mirror for the other side?

Hi Inanna,

We have received your piece. Unfortunately we cannot send you the other side because you ordered the wrong reference. We will refund you and you should order the correct reference on our website again. I'm sorry for that.
