I would give zero to this website
If I could put zero, I would do it. I ordered a lip gloss from the website, I got a confirmation email, and then total silence. After 10 days I contacted customer support to get the status of my order and got a reply that it was delivered and I need to contact a courier in my area. No name of the courier and no tracking number were provided. When I asked for this information, I got an answer that the ordered gloss is out of stock and it was my fault that I didn't check if it was in stock. Even though on the website the gloss is still listed to be in stock, okey. I requested a refund and now customer support doesn't reply me for 4 days.
