BUY ELSEWHERE - client service and delivery are appalling!!!
What a shame I didn't read these reviews before spending over 5,000 euros on a bed with them!! Avoid them in exactly the same way they will avoid you when it comes to the need to chase up your order!
I bought my bed in Paris back in MAY!!! to be sure it was delivered to my new home in the south of France first week of September. I was promised the date of the 6th - no word from them on the 6th, and no delivery. So I had to pay for an extra night at the hotel (150 euros out of MY pocket) and over an hour chasing up client services. Today, no alert from them, but a delivery guy rang me just before he arrived and I met him at the house. The mattress base, bed-head and legs had arrived - but no 4,000 euro mattress!!
I have now been ringing client services for over an hour, pressing redial every time they hang up on me. No success as they are refusing to answer the call! Which means clearly I'll be paying ANOTHER night in the hotel.
Their client service sucks - they want the sale and after that they have no interest in your order.

Their response was rapid, professional and compensated me for my nights in the hotel, plus sent a gift.
Tempur Sealy (the department I bought the bed from) have been amazingly polite, helpful, sympathetic and completely professional. Amazing customer service!!!!
And my bed is incredible…
