I’m updating my previous review due to the fact that once my complaint got through to the head of the client services department of BHV and Tempur Sealy the service was amazing! They owned their error, and are reimbursing my accommodation. Their manner was warm, professional, apologetic and actually really comforting! The guys from Tempur Sealy stayed in constant communication throughout and the bed is, now that I’m sleeping on it finally, worth every cent - it’s amazing!
