Very poor pitches . Unkempt, very tucked away and much too small.
Very misleading from photos on website .
All the best pitches now have mobile have homes on them with touring pitches shoved to the bottom.
Horrendous access from first tier to next tier on gravel sharp bend. Many caravans had to unhitch
Broken glass panels on barrier by pool
Unkempt steps and general garden areas.
No wi fi even though its advertised on the website !!!! And no phone signal. A call box public phone should be provided for emergency!!!! Very unsettling when you have elderly parents back home !!!!
Disgusting cleaning service witnessed of the portable shower/ toilet facilities on pitches . One cloth used to clean toilet and everything else !!!! Including the toilet brush holder !!!
