Reception was very helpful and were always extremely courteous. Only two comments that reduce my score from 10 .
When we arrived we noticed the Units safe didn?t work as it should we told reception and a man arrived promptly but he couldn?t solve the issue and during the week nothing changed we never heard anymore about it .
The food at the on-site wasn?t that good .my wife ordered moules /chips which arrived cold and they did replace them but there was no apology, in fact a degree of frustration came across , so as you imagine my wife was disappointed as this wasn?t the first time we stayed at this location and have always had a great stay .
Overall we did enjoy our stay and this is no reflection on Reception.
