My main complaint is the attitude of the life guards and security. At the end of the stay it did get very busy by the pool. People had left their towels on seats and gone fo lunch.Whilst this is not really acceptable ,everyone knows people do this.
The life guards suddenly ordered everyone out of the pool and told grown adults and children alike to sit on their sunbed Thry then went round and pulled off toes which were not being sat on.At one point a small girl,whose oarent was coming back from the pool,stood by and saw her towel being taken by the life guard and her seat being given away.When Dutch tourists tried to explain this to thr lifeguard he just shrugged qnd walked away.The little girl was visibly upset until the mum appeared and discussed it with the life guard.
