Terrible voyage !

Terrible voyage !
Worst company ever! The worst voyage of my life. When I arrived in the station and I took my luggage, It was covered in urine, Stinking as hell. I asked help to the driver and he did not wanted to help! " it's not my problem" he said. I tried to talk to man in check-in and he closed the curtains in my face. I will never take this company anymore. I have pics and I will open a case about it!
