Terrible customer service in Lyon Bellecour!
Was faced with a very rude young woman today.
Training is needed! I will think twice before shopping here again.
Also, they need more staff. Perhaps the girl was rude because she was so busy.
I went to speak to someone about her behaviour and I felt rushed as another customer was waiting to be served.
They need more staff so that customers have the time to talk about products with the staff and not feel rushed.
This will make the staff happier and avoid incidents as I experienced today.
I may take my products back for a reimbursement as I have bad feelings about the things I bought since this experience.
