Suggesting the recipe?!!

I’d like to raise a complaint about a terrible experience I had with the new pro nespresso machine.
Not even talking about the fact that the pod are everything except green and in favor of the planet, the worst is the fact the machine is influencing your choice by suggesting the best recipe. I felt infantilized and frustrated about the fact a camera and a robot is giving me an advice. What will be next step? Will the coffee machine will explain us how to drink coffee?
I’d like to claim for free nespresso pods to compensate the frustration of not being able to guess the most appropriate recipe when I choose my nespresso pod.
