Misleading, Dishonest and Exploitative
I am absolutely furious with this company. I took what I thought was a simple IQ test that claimed to cost £0.50 to see my results. At no point was it made CLEAR that I was signing up for a £39.90/month subscription. That crucial information was buried in tiny legal text, far below the payment box, mixed in with loads of other irrelevant terms. I'm only 18, a college student, and that £39.90 was nearly all I had left in my account. I contacted them immediately asking for a refund, explained my situation, and they basically said "too bad" - because I ticked a box that "accepted" their terms. They know exactly what they're doing: tricking people into charges they didn't understand. This company uses deceptive and manipulative practices that border on a scam. There was no transparency, no clear warning and no ethical handling of my request. Avoid this site completely. It's not worth your money, and it's definitely not worth the stress.
