This is a SHAME!!

Cette compagnie est une honte et escroc ses clients! Suite à un vol que je n’ai pas pu réalisé lors d’une correspondance, ils m’ont annulé mon billet de retour sans m’en avertir! J’ai du payer 500€ car pied au mur à l’aeroport Je n’avais plus le choix! C’est une honte de payer autant et surtout de ne pas prévenir ! Le service client est également désastreux, je ne recommande nullement cette compagnie !


This company is a shame ! They just want your money! I didn’t realize on one of my two flights (without any communication by email) they cancelled my ticket to go back home! I had to pay 500€ to get back my tickets! I didn’t have choice to pay because I got the information of my cancellation only at the airport The custermer service didn’t help me! I don’t recommend this compagny !!!!
