Noisy site with pitches that are obstructed.

I paid for a specific camping pitch, and had checked the size with Sandaya. My tent is large which is why I had booked the particular pitch, but on arrival it had a tree a third of the way in to the pitch from the rear and the from the left side, therefore we couldn’t fit. We were offered a move and once set-up, we were told we’d have to move again due to a mistake. We moved and the pitch was great, but we were next to other campers who continually played loud drum and bass music from a boombox. This was not music, it was a continual bass sound which meant there was no peace. Things vibrated due to the noise. This continued until 0200 and I went to ask them to stop, and was laughed at. We complained to campsite and were told they’d be spoken to, and that security would be informed for night, but nothing appeared to be done. On night two the noise was even worse and a French family shouted at them. It got very heated and another family (French) started shouting at them to stop. This also happened on night 3. It was so bad that we left the site on Friday rather than Sunday. It spoilt our stay and was not the peaceful experience we had been looking for. It was not family friendly. The toilet/shower cabin was brilliant and the pool was very good. The shop was almost empty. The bar service was good. I would not come back due to by experience. I had previously visit next door (loree du bois) and that site is a class above.
