Very bad experience. I cancelled my order but not received yet my money.

I ordered from the carethy site based on estimated delivery dates. After a few days, my order was still not shipped and I contacted the customer service who told me that the items had not been received from the supplier and that they would not be able to respect the delivery dates. I then ask for the cancellation of the order. Since then, it has been impossible to get the money back despite several reminders. I receive generic messages several times.
I do not recommend this company.
