Bad experience. Don't use this agency.
As everyone else, the experience with this agency was really BAD. I reserved my flight to go from Vancouver to Honolulu. And I received an email two days later saying they canceled my flight. There was no justification for it in the email. So, i had to call the Customer service and they said it was because of my credit card, it is an international one, and apparently they could not use it. They said they will refund me, it is too soon to know if they respect it. But just the fact they cancel the tickets without even calling me to say it, and without taking into consideration the fact that I already booked hotels and now the plane tickets are more expensive is unacceptable. Just don't take this agency.
