I faced significant issues with my payment to Studely Bank. Despite receiving confirmation from my bank that the payment was successful, the funds did not reflect on Studely's side. My agent, based in Cameroon, offered only brief responses and did not investigate the problem thoroughly, which was frustrating as it was clear the issue was not with my bank.
I had to change my visa application dates twice and send numerous follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages, which often went unanswered. Additionally, a friend in France had to call on my behalf. After considerable effort, we finally received assistance, but this process was incredibly cumbersome.
I hope in the future that Studely‘s agents will take a more proactive approach in resolving issues to save everyone valuable time.
