The website is absolutely atrocious
The website is absolutely atrocious, there is no way to cancel an order. There next to no information available, not even how the remote taster needs to demount to replace the battery. No information to troubleshoot a problem, and the decision tree is incomplete and lacks all the possible failure modes. Further, there is also no way to active cancel an appointment. The service technician was highly competent, diagnosed the problem in 2 min and made the perfect repair.
