#Outrageous Zero care for passengers

#Outrageous The after sales services of airarabia.com is untorelable. I cannot imagine how they are treating their passengers and the damages they caused in this actual context.. airarabia.com will loose a lot of customers if they continue with this behaviour.
I had a flight that was canceled the night before. A notif by mail.. I had to find another way, another company because air arabia didn't propose any other solution. I had to pay a hotel & two other tickets plane to get home. airarabia.com didn't care because of its"policy"
I ONLY asked for the refund of the plane ticket. I didn't ask for any damages but airarabia.com REFUSED my demand. they offered to block the credit for another flight. LOL here's the trick; you cannot go OR come to/from Morrocco. Well done Air Arabia you just lost me.
