So disappointed from AirArabia

So disappointed from AirArabia. The flight 30363 from Tangier to Paris was an absolute nightmare. It's mindboggling how not a single piece of communication could have been transferred, not prior to the flight not during the crisis !! The fact that us, passengers, had to beg for explanation is astonishing. And the fact that not a single member of the staff knows what happening is worse. Not to mention, how passengers have been neglected and left to nothingness...
Not a single apology, not a single communication has been sent when all you preach is "customer satisfaction".
There were families with children, students with booked trains to other cities, people who had events/ appointments on the same day and even foreigners completely lost ... You took people's time and commitments lightly. That's unacceptable and all future passengers should take into account this type of inconvenience before booking with AirArabia GSA
