On 11/03/2025 your self service machines were not taking Apple Pay but it wasn’t indicated on the machines so I tried to pay for my things but my card kept declining untill the machine took my money but with a decline in my account. I brought this to the attention of the workers, they told me they can’t help with a refund right away but if I don’t get my refund in 24hours I should go back. On Wednesday I couldn’t go because I’m pregnant and I had an appointment, so I went today on 13, unfortunately I met CATHERINE at the accueil, who not only ignored me at first but showed no interest in helping me. The 2 minute that she came to help me, she told me that I’m lying , despite me showing her the proof in my phone, I insisted that she check again (and I’m not making this up) she insulted me and told me how I’m wasting her time for nothing and that I should rather go tomorrow so her colleague can help me. I’m wondering why that horrible woman is working as a customer service representative, I hope she takes time to reflect how horrible she was to me and so disrespectful.
