Not the luxury stay that we expected

This was not the luxury stay that we expected from the branding. Flying from the UK it was poor that the only provisions were a single toilet roll , no soap, no tea towel, no salt or pepper. Not unhelpful with a 4pm check-in, a hungry family and fully booked restaurant. The customer experience has not been considered here. Otherwise the cabin was nicely furnished and clean but needed air-conditioning. Annoyed at dog poo not being cleared from pathways all week where children walk. Only enough parasols for 10% of the pool chairs. No extras provided despite staff knowing lots of customers complaining. No shade in the children's play areas. Otherwise the general atmosphere of the site was nice. 3/5 is maybe generous.
