I booked last Dec. It had the ages of our children on the booking (5 & 7) yet we were the closest cottage to the Entertainment stage.

I book our stay last December and it had the ages of our children on the booking (5 & 7). We were placed right outside the entertainment stage with loud music from 9/9.30pm-11pm and after. I could not get to sleep the entire 7 nights before 12am or later and I could not make up for this as our children wake between 6.30am-7am. Despite complaining 3 times, our complaints were just ignored We complained 3 times and nothing was done. The first time we were even told that there would not be any more entertainment shows for the rest of our stay which we knew was not true as we had downloaded the app
