The Camp site as such is quite nice and small, too small for fully booked, but there are some things which are not nice. The premium homes are not premium as they are the same houses with same Equipment as Standard houses. The kitchen equipment is a bit poor according to other 5star camp sites. Our house was quite dirty with dead ants constantly falling from the ceiling to the kitchen table, no idea where they came from. The plancha and terrasse was not clean either. At arrival No possibility to get into the house earlier than 4pm. This is according to booking, yes, but as it was not high season yet, the Camp site was not fully booked and with premium, one could have been treated differently. The worst thing was, that the behaviour of the staff changed on the weekends where more french people came, on 8.7. And 15.7.
With our departure on 15th, the houses and terraces started to be inspected and cleaned earlier than 10am, as we still have been in the house, the terrace was cleaned. Very frustrating as it was not done upon our arrival. New arrivals could get into their homes before noon. This definetly shows a 2 class treatment.
The receptionist were always helpful, clearly Laura sticking positivly out.
