Pitch very dark, with lots of overhanging trees which should perhaps be trimmed back a bit. Because of this caravan was constantly splattered with pigeon poo. Good job the flyscreen had been across the skylight over our bed otherwise it would have gone all over the bedding. After that we had to keep skylights closed. A cull of the pigeons needs to be done. Supposed to be a grass pitch, but it was just solid earth which then paddled all over the mats. Showers and toilets generally clean, but floors or walls in toilet cubicles need to be cleaned more thoroughly as sometimes unpleasant odours of stale urine.
Washing machines in the laundry need to be checked and cleaned more thoroughly. The door seals were very dirty with residues of dog hairs and slime. Reported to reception. Signs should be put up telling people not to wash dog bedding in the machines, where others are washing clothes!
Recycling area is a disgrace! Needs to be managed and have refuse collections more regularly, as all skips and bins were full with lots of excess bags of waste lying around in that area. A prime attraction vermin ( although none was seen).
