Turned up given a large pitch , as booked ,confirmed and paid for due to 7.4m van. Then the problems

Turned up given a large pitch , as booked ,confirmed and paid for due to 7.4m van. Then the problems start , a small French caravan on our plot so went back to reception to be told m wrong pitch is empty, rings supervisor who confirms it?s empty and booked for us , so I show photo of van on our pitch and they then decide they can?t speak much English and person shouldn?t be there . An hour latter having been told to wait outside on road as no spare spaces I tell them I?ve parked in one of the many empty pitches and listen while they shout at me and tell me not thier fault somebody is on my pitch and not answering phone . Another hour and supervisor appears and says found a pitch the same as one booked , it was not it was the smaller cheaper pitch and I managed to get in at an angle after going back and forth . I explain it is not a large pitch like the one they confirmed in writing I had
booked and it says so on thier site map , she says it?s all she can d and cannot even refund us the extra pitch money bt had emailed head office to ask them to refund me . Then got told we would have to leave our pitch by 11 pm as need to leave at 6:15am and gates locked until 7am . All in all a terrible experience and thier attitude stinks , all the other sites we used during our 4 week trip were great as the sites for last years 4 weeks were .deffinatly would stay again as rude and just lie
