We have been to this campsite numerous times over the years. We hired a premium van but honestly I do not feel like we received a premium experience.
The outside area in Vignes was very pretty, however the facilities within our cottage was anything but.
On the 2nd day the toilet in the main bathro0om would not flush, i had to report to reception - i have mobility difficulties so this was not ideal. this was fixed promptly but it happened a further two times.
the window in one of the bedrooms would not open.
One day whilst we were out our electricity went off due to a fuse blowing - this resulted in the AC not working, no hot water and our food was spoiled in the fridge and freezer.
our freezer never actually worked and struggled to freeze water, not a hope of keeping ice-creams frozen.
i realise that maintenance issues can happen from time to time however these things happened over and over qgain and there was no apology.
On check-in the words -welcome to Sandaya- were not said - it was such a sterile transaction after such a long journey.
As a family we loved the area but the pool was very busy at times with the same families leaving their towels for hours under the loungers with umberellas.
All in all on this occassion I would have to say we had a disappointing stay,
