Upon arrival the pitch size was not as advertised and we couldn?t fit our tent into the proved pitch

Upon arrival the pitch size was not as advertised and we couldn?t fit our tent into the proved pitch. We had to literally beg to get a larger pitch which they were reluctant to provide. We got a minor upscale on the pitch size, which again was too small for the tent. We had to pitch our tent really close to the road and this left our tent getting really dirty from all of the traffic going past and was dangerous when kids entering and entering the tent as they were straight out into the road. Lots of people staying at the site were experiencing the same issue so I know this was not an isolated issue. The facilities were clean, however the children?s pool slide isn?t working so the younger children didn?t have a water slide to use for the whole holiday, which was a shame for the younger kids as the big slides were really good. The polls were clean and heated which was a positive. One of the
bar staff was really rude and I initially tried to ignore it, however after a few days I asked if I had done something to offend him and he said ?sorry I?ve been off for a while and I?m tired? this isn?t the best experience when you?re on holiday.
