Good apart from a few niggles. We asked for a large pitch and the one allocated was way too small for our caravan. We were offered an alternative albeit with no water supply. We got stuck trying to tuen the caravan around from the small pitch causing a blockage and the car to overheat but you assisted by moving the caravan to the new pitch with a tractor which was great. The rest of our stay was good, staff really nice including the kids club however this was to a degree spoilt on our final day when we asked for help with tractor and was initially refused although it was clear to us that our car could not make the necessary manoevre. We were told to try which resulted inn the car partly in the ditch and nearly breaking the electicity pylon. We were blocking access again so eventually after contacting the director the tractor was provided again. The driver wanted us to drive the way that
we could see we would not get out, there being a sharp bend in the road and it took a neighbour whose french was good to insist that the caravan needed to be moved out the opposite way. The tractor driver was eventually persuaded but with bad grace. This all took several hours . Fortunately the ferry was not going until the evening otherwise we would have missed it
