I found my stay there completely disappointing. When we arrived , our accommodation wasn?t ready and no one told us in the first instance. I needed to come back to reception 3 times before I knew exactly what time it was ready. I asked for the manager and when we spoke , I said that I demand to be checked out late equal to the same amount of time I was checked in late. He said this wasn?t possible initially then conceded when he knew I wasn?t backing down and creating a scene. The place was a mess when we arrived. Everyone was being checked in late as nothing was ready. From description on the net and videos being shown , it led us to believe that there was a lot of fun activities like zip lining and crazy golf but the reality was different. We didn?t receive any sheets or a dish cloth when we arrived. No towels either. Had to ask for everything. Everting needed to be booked which I found
completely unsatisfactory. I like to go to the gym when I like to. Not when is booked. We rented bicycles for one day and there wasn?t enough helmets for all 3 of us and the bike I was given had a puncture initially. The campsite was totally unfinished when we went for a walk to the basketball court which looked like old dump trucks just abandoned. The manager also told us that in the small print it stays you can receive your check in up to 7pm which is a total joke. No one reads the small print so please let the buyer be aware. Also , my kids first experience of the swimming pool was an angry and arranging French man with a grey goatee beard. He didn?t remind them about the stupid rule of no swimming shorts , he spoke to them in a mean way. When I went to the swimming pool to give the towels which were late , I walked in without reading all the signs in my running shoes. I wanted to give
the towels and leave but was confronted by this man who proceeded to talk to me like a child and showed me each of the 5 signs there is on the way in explaining no runners. These signs are effective if people look at them. Otherwise they are useless. After being checked in late and having alot of stress at the lack of efficiency with everything , I didn?t need to be spoken to like that and if I had of stayed arguing with him , it would have got physical as he was being completely ridiculous and arrogant speaking to people like that. After this incident(no more than 2 hours after being checked in ) I went straight to reception and told them this was strike 2 and if there was anymore nonsense during my 4 night stay I would leave immediately and demand a full refund. Not an ideal to spend a few days away with my 2 kids and I won?t be coming back anytime soon. You should improve your standards
because I like to receive value for my money.
