Not a 5 star campsite! Very disappointed, No Phone signal, No WiFi, Staff were unhelpful & did not observe the 11pm curfew.

Very disappointed, staff were unhelpful and offhand, campsite was in a Mobile Network Blackspot & campsite WiFi was either not working or worse than useless. Our pitch No. 37 was under a tall derelict concrete silo with the footings of conveyor towers which was in poor condition & directly over our camp. Staff at the campsite did not observe the 11pm curfew & there were multiple breached after 11pm on each nights of our stay. Unfortunately for us our pitch was also on the access road to staff accommodation where the road went for tar sealed to gravel track which made it unnecessarily noisy. Consequently we were kept awake by the noise of vehicles and our stay was interrupted on many occasions by the coming and going of staff after 11pm, as a result we left 3 nights earlier and did not receive a refund for our shortened stay.
