Overall our stay was enjoyable ,but we felt two areas were disappointing
Overall our stay was enjoyable. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and well equipped and the staff were very helpful.
However we felt that the description of the campsite was misleading in a couple of areas. We did not feel that the restaurant met the description in the brochure, which was disappointing , but the main complaint was the lack of WiFi. We had paid 30euros for 7days internet, but realised when we arrived that this was not available. Not only had you taken my money, but I had to ask for this to be refunded and , as of 12 July, this has still not happened .
