We booked a stay with you2days before our arrival, we accidentally booked the wrong site, it should have been Le Ranolien, I emailed you and also called LeRanolien, all very unhelpful, it was a genuine mistake, I was told it was to late to cancel but it wasn?t too late to book and pay! I?m suprised you refused to change our booking or refund our money, it leaves a bad feeling, we did stay at Cote de Nacre, a few days before and enjoyed the hospitality.
