Nice camping with a great location and clean, modern accommodations. However, I rated the service a 7 due to our experience at the reception. There was a booking issue, and instead of addressing it professionally, the staff - particularly Marie responded with hostility, raising her voice and placing blame on us as guests. This kind of interaction was unexpected and disappointing for a 4-star establishment.
