Staff in take away are useless, they forgot my order and left me waiting 40 minutes.
The children?s evening entertainment is too short and very poor.
The bouncy castle wasn?t working for all of our stay and nothing extra was provided instead. My children were very upset.
The restaurant was closed and nothing was provided instead.
The pool was closed almost all of the time we were there due to storms.
Families allowed to make noise late into the night ignoring the curfew.
It didn?t feel like a holiday.
