We stayed mid September. Whilst nice facilities and pleasant staff, it felt like it was shutting down ahead of time. Shop very limited, snack bar shut (an important feature when you are camping), restaurant increasingly limited in offering - also closed at times whilst we were there. What was served was really good but things increasingly were crossed out in the menu. I?m sure when everything is open it makes sense but this wasn?t clearly advised when booking.
We had a camping pitch with its own toilet/shower facilities - very good setup. The only criticism is the overhead canopy was quite overgrown by September and getting any sun was a challenge - the only option to be heading to the pool area.
