The check in process was extremely slow and we were told that we would be telephoned once our cabin was ready. This never happened and it took repeated trips to reception for us to evebtually get our keys at 6pm. Check in was supposed to be from 4pm. We booked a premium cabin, while the plot was quiet. The quality of the cabin was definitely not premium with items missing cupboard doors hanging off and the cleaning seemed to be a little haphazard. The bathrooms smelt strongly of bleach. When reported we were told someone would come and have a look and they never did.
