Great campsite, very helpful staff, we love the pools, particularly the slides and the fact that the pools are warm. The children made lots of friends and enjoyed the bar area and also the playgrounds. We hired bikes which we thought were good value for money and the lady was very helpful. However, we were extremely disappointed that a wall in one bedroom in our chalet (PR55) was damp and we saw over ten slugs on the inside wall and floor during our time here. When we complained, the staff were empathetic and someone came to do a “deep clean”, but the wall remains damp and I presume needs a different solution to deal with whatever the root cause of the issue was.
