Where do I start.Cottage pins 3 bed No blind on main bedroom window,scorched burn mark at front door,door not opening but was repaired promptly, No smoke alarm. Electric heaters looked bad and smelled when used main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable compared to smaller rooms.Reception closes at 7pm so if you arrive late you need a code for a box to get your key but the code is sent through email so make sure your phone is roaming ready. Wifi codes were not provided on our arrival day which caused some upset with our children with needs. Staff in reception were very friendly and helpful. Staff in bar were lovely but take away menu is not allowed to be consumed in the bar which was a disappointment as other families were allowed to eat there and nothing was said to them. Doesn
