This is our 9th visit to Le Renolian site, we have been coming here since 2009. It was our first stay under the new management of Sandaya. The location is still super-special at the heart of the Côte de granite Rosé and will always score highly. The Sandaya staff were all very friendly and the evening entertainment was good.
The only slight let down (and the reason for our 8 score and not a 9-10) was our accommodation. The premium rental unit was looking a bit worse for wear. The showers were not great - could only get water through one of the showers heads within the en-suite and then the hot water kept cutting out after a minute?s use - go cold for 30 seconds and then warm up again. There was also a bad smell emanating from the sink in the en-suite bathroom. We couldn?t get the extractor fan to work in the kitchen and the fridge was a bit rusty, and the sofa was a little tired - well used and not comfortable.
Overall this didn?t spoil our holiday at an excellent campsite, but the premium accommodation we stayed in (T01) needs looking at.
