We had a great time but there were a few things we felt could be improved. 1. We are from Ireland and we have very little French. We went to the night time entertainment and enjoyed it and appreciate the huge effort of the people involved. Perhaps a suggestion is a little bit of English to be spoken in the introduction and at the end of the night. A band came in at one stage and the lady singer spoke English in between the songs and we felt more included. 2. The Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I think the girl on our first day had limited English so she we didn’t get a great overall introduction to the website. The staff were very helpful though and told us about tours etc. anytime I went up and asked questions. There was a mouse in our rental unit. I didn’t like seeing the droppings in the drawer the day after we arrived. The staff were very efficient when we told them.
