Accommodation not as described, no air conditioning (despite specifically advised there was via email), 2 units booked together not located as per the map and on different levels. No customer care, reception staff not following procedures to report issues and follow up. Not enough staff in the bar/restaurant, huge queues. External companies providing entertainment for extra payment. Overcrowded pool area. Dog poo left behind by guests with staff walking past, overflowing bins and no response to complaint sent via the website.
