Great time with some areas of improvement, but will be booking again now that we know how everything works

We were put into a disabled cottage which wasn’t required and so everything was low down height wise and bathroom awkward if you don’t use a wheelchair. Also although we asked 4 times at reception, we only had one chair on our balcony to use and nothing was done to get us more so our family could use the balcony. The shop always had long queues and was very low stocked towards the end of the week. Staff in the bars were not friendly and all seemed very busy, stressed and not keen to help. We had an electric car and were sold a charging pass even though there were none available, we asked to be told when a pass came back so we would know when one was available and could charge but it never happened so we had to go back everyday to check ourselves until there was a free one, which was a shame. But the park was beautifully kept and facilities available excellent which is why I’ve marked it 7, we would like to come back but we’ll be better prepared next time on what to book, what to bring, what to ask for etc so should be a much better experience overall!
