Lack of safety considerations in the swimming pool as more focused on ensuring the correct shorts were worn rather than ensuring there were two parents in the pool to support our three non swimming children!
Poor toilet facilities in the main areas of the resort - not enough toilets and most of those that were available could not be used as they were out of service, dirty or overflowing.
Poor staffing across the resort meaning very long queues for food and drink.
Poor availability of necessary items in the shop - I was not able to purchase suitable swimming shorts to use in the pool as these were not available.
Lack of consideration or facilities for those staying in the treehouses - for example an area to use for cooking and cleaning.
