my recent stay at Sandaya Les Alicourts from 25th May to 1st June, in unit number 452. I regret to say that my experience was far below the standard I expected based on your reputation and the price paid for the stay. Firstly, the check-in process was abysmal. The two young girls at reception appeared completely untrained and were unable to provide any meaningful information about the site. This initial encounter set a poor tone for the entire stay. While the unit itself was clean and tidy, accessing it was a challenge due to overgrown bushes and trees surrounding it. Additionally, the absence of a mop was inconvenient, especially given the rainy weather. The lack of a general waste disposal point was also disappointing. Moreover, there were no clear advertisements regarding the operating hours of essential services such as the reception, shops, and bar, resulting in significant time wasted during our stay. The state of the pool was unacceptable. It was filthy, emitted a strong odor of urine, and was extremely cold despite being advertised as heated. The hygiene standards were far below acceptable levels, making it unusable.
