Place generally unclean, bins overflowing and not emptied regular. No toilet facilities at the bar. Bar staff not wanting to work, 4 working, 1 serving, 3 talking on a regular basis, leading to long queues. Decking outside bar unsafe. Sticking up in many places. A clear danger for all, especially children. Evening entertainment very poor. Shop. Very poor standard of service, again upto 4 workers and only 1 till open, leading to long queues. Toilet/shower facilities at the lake closed. Only 2 toilets left open and no hot water. Main shower block, no hot water. I showered every day and only managed to get 1 Luke warm shower. Cold all other times. Lack of control of teenagers at night. On 1 occasion I had to come out my caravan at midnight to be met by 15 drunk teenagers on my pitch. This led to angry confrontation. Turns out one of the people was actually a sandaya security guard stood smoking with them. Disgraceful. The large children’s play park is falling apart. Disaster waiting to happen. Someone soon will be seriously injured if it’s not repaired and maintained.
