The first 5 days (before high season) were UNSATISFACTORY to say the least. Many facilities were not fully available, eg Sun 2nd July bar closed @ 23.00 whereas on Mon, Tue the bar closed @22.00 One /two staff serving the BAR and CHILDREN'S ice cream at the same time. No EXIT or FIRE EVACUATION PLAN visible at any stage or in any place. Street lighting in my local area ... non existent. Since new ARRIVALS are not shown to their site, it was very difficult to find my site because of not very clear directions into and around camp. No HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE MAN to repair dishwashing station next lake shore, once staff were notified FOR AT LEAST 11 DAYS. Over grown bamboo in many places a danger to clients. No hedge trimming where required before 12th July.
