This is the most amazing site, the swimming pools are amazing and the lake is out of this world, we stayed in a motorhome pitch and payed extra for a toilet and shower and this was fabulous, my grown up children and their children stayed in cottages and again they were clean and tidy, but no oven only a cooker and microwave, no kettle either, also they only had enough hot water for 1 person to shower, they also had a terrible problem with ants, but I don?t think you can complain about that really!
The whole park is the best we stayed on and I would recommend it to anybody.
However there is 1 massive down point, the noise in the evenings is shocking, the shower and toilet blocks play loud music every night and it disturbs your sleeping, not funny with young children and babies!
Also the site gets manic, we were lucky enough to have the site when it was quiet during the week and it was pure bliss, but come the weekend and they seem to let large parties in, don?t expect to get any sleep before at least 3 am at weekends, plus the swimming pools become dangerously overcrowded, and the lifeguards dont do anything about it, also expect to wait at least 40 minutes for a drink at the bar when busy!
