Unfortunately we had a mixed holiday. The cabin space was good and the lake, pools etc all brilliant. Unfortunately we discovered a leak outside our cabin on about day 3 when my daughter said she could hear running water. This would explain the poor water pressure and temperature in the shower for the first 3 days. Then our hot water tank flooded our cabin in the middle of the night. We spent over 2 hours clearing up. Someone came to fix it the next day and I was messaged to say it was fixed. However, my daughter was in and said they didn't do anything. The cabin then flooded again the next day with hot water and we couldn't put the pipe in for fear of being burnt. Fortunately our children were outside and not burnt. This was fixed but we had no help to clear up or any offer of compensation. Really disappointing.
