We had a horrendous experience whilst staying on this site. This is our second visit in two years we had a great experience the first time and this is why we came back - but never again! The site was overrun by groups of people who shouldn?t have been on the site, multiple motor homes, vans and cars on single pitches. There were 50+ people all gathered at the lake side to play loud music until after 12.30 am. Vehicles were driving around the site until 2am beeping car horns and banging on caravan doors. Your security did nothing! The security barriers were not in use at all during our stay which is why all these people were able to get on site. I complained at the site directly at 9am in the morning to be told there was no one to deal with my complaint. Whilst I was in reception there was another customer complaining also. I told them we were leaving the site as we did not feel safe to stay with two 4 year old children despite being booked in for a further two days and that I wanted a refund. I have emailed your customer services team who have taken over a week to deal with my refund request who have finally emailed back to offer me some loyalty points as compensation with no apology offered!! Your company is an absolute disgrace!!!
